Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Open the Jasfa app associated with your account and sign in.
2. In Jasfa Laundry, Jasfa Delivery, or Jasfa Collection, open the Profile tab. In Jasfa Franchise Admin, open Settings.
3. Scroll to the account actions and tap Delete Account.
4. Review both confirmation prompts and confirm the final deletion action.

Access is revoked immediately. Direct identifiers are removed or anonymized as described below, subject to records we must retain for legal and security reasons.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone number or email address registered to the account and we will process the request for you:

Use the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the app name plus the registered phone number, email address, employee ID, or franchise ID needed to identify the account. We may ask for reasonable verification before deletion.

What data is deleted

We permanently remove the personal information that identifies you, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, employee ID, and profile details
• Saved pickup/delivery addresses and account-linked location history
• Account-linked identity, KYC, vehicle, bank, and staff-document references
• Push-notification tokens and account-linked device identifiers
• Other operational profile data that is not required for legal retention

What data is retained (and why)

Order, invoice, payment, GST, settlement, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained in anonymized or access-restricted form for up to 7 years, or longer when required by applicable law. These records are kept only for tax, accounting, dispute, security, and regulatory obligations and are deleted or irreversibly anonymized after the applicable retention period.

Timeline

In-app deletion disables the account and revokes active sessions immediately. Direct identifiers and other deletable personal data are removed or anonymized from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies age out on the normal backup cycle. Legally retained records follow the period above.
